Dairy-Free Dragon Fruit Smoothie

For Valentine’s Dinner tonight, I wanted to have a red and pink “theme”. We had heart shaped pizza with tomato sauce for the “red” and I whipped up these beautiful dragon fruit smoothies for the “pink “!

My oldest has loved dragon fruit for a long time, so it’s always a treat when I buy some. Which, unfortunately, is not as often as he probably would like because it’s not the cheapest frozen fruit option out there. But Valentine’s Day calls for special things!

It’s quick to put together and is allergy-friendly and even has a serving of vegetables in it :)
